...I do want to tell you that things have been better lately. When it comes to the reason I asked you to stay in the first place.

I'm very pleased to hear it. I haven't been as worried about it lately because I thought you were doing better, but I'm very happy to have that confirmed.

[He just sort of assumed things were going well because they seemed to be, which is something he'll have to watch out for in the future. But for now it's fine and he's still smiling.]

You really should spend more time around them, you know.

[...I mean, at least they don't go nuts when you're around at this point. They do have a tendency to just kind of cluster in Wesker's general vicinity and fucking stare at you, but that's probably better than the usual madness.]

Ja, I really should. I'm just a bit nervous around large dogs! I'm always worried that they'll bite me.

I would say that they shouldn't, but they're a bit like that at times.

A fair amount of it is due to you being around so much. Dogs are simple creatures; I clearly trust you, so they see less reason to not trust you.
