Mine has been holding up surprisingly well, despite the damage; it survived Magatus like that. So it's fairly resilient. I know it will be fine with you, regardless.

[He's looking at the heart stone instead of Wesker, but he looks immensely pleased. It's more subdued than usual, and he still looks a little shy about the whole thing, but this really has pleased him.]

Thank you. I know mine's in good hands as well! I won't let anything happen to yours.

[He'll reach out then, letting his fingers run gently through Jaeger's hair; he's content to remain quiet for a moment, really - this entire thing feels strangely intimate, and it's unfamiliar but it's good, striking him fairly hard in a way that things usually don't mowadays.]

[That'll get him to look up and he'll lean into the hair-playing immediately. It gets him to laugh after a moment, though the sound's quiet and sort of nervous, of all things. He'll settle easily enough, though.]

[It's quiet, but it's obvious that he's pleased, deeply so; he isn't stopping with the hair-playing.]

[He's quiet for a moment, and when he speaks up again his words are quick, like he can't get them out fast enough.]

I really am so happy to be with you, Albert. I haven't been this happy in a long time and I love you so much... Thank you. For everything.

[He laughs a little at that, the sound light and soft.]

You always have been good at making sure I know things like that.

[He's quiet for a moment, though the silence isn't an uncomfortable one.]

You really are the best thing that's ever happened to me, you know. Even when things are difficult, it's always worth it to be able to be here with you.

It was frustrating, not being able to express it in the way I wanted for so long. I'm really happy I can manage it now.

[Which is part of the reason why he says it so much. Wesker's always known, but he still feels like he has to make up for lost time.]

I feel the same way, you know. Things can certainly be difficult, but it's always worth it. I'm happiest when I'm with you, and I want nothing more than to stay with you forever.
