[I mean he's gotten some things that were run of the mill crazy, and then there was the entire thing where a plant ate a dude and became a six-story abomination, and everything Lisa Trevor decided to be, and the fact that he remembered a seven-foot-tall Soviet communist that calls everybody "comrade", served with the Red Army because of course he did and is literally named Sergei Vladimir. Because Wesker's memories apparently decided they weren't vaguely racist enough, or something.]

How realistic... Though it is better to focus on what you have, or work towards something similar if there is a part of it you like if you can.
