[It's Saturday, it's a day off, and Silver packs Totodile in his bag- Aoi has no problems with sitting around while Silver goes places, and it's fun to people watch like this- before heading to the most important place imaginable. The comic book store, of course. A treasure trove of new weekly comics, the manga section, and merchandise as far as the eye can see. And to think that in less than a week, ReCon's going to be this and so much more...
...And to think that he'd run into Wesker here, of all people.]
You know, when you said you leave your house sometimes, I didn't think this is what you meant.
[You know, there are only so many things you can do in a situation like this; ignoring Silver is out of the question (he'll just do the damn verbal equivalent of pounding on the door for twenty minutes) and trying to deny anything is utterly pointless, so the one remaining option is just to continue looking at...whatever he's looking at (and honestly, he's zoned out so hard on what he's looking at that it's going to take him a moment to remember what he's doing but for now, whatever it is, it's probably fine), and not look over at the boy, and just sort of own it in a sort of quiet, mildly irritated sort of way.

So that's what he's going to do.]
I'm full of surprises like that, I suppose.
[Did you want something, or...]

What caught your eye?
[Totodile shuffles around and peeks over Silver's shoulder to get a look too.]

Can you not.

Sorry. I didn't realize your favorite superhero was such a soft spot.
[He... Sounds a little apologetic about it. Sort of. ...At least he did back up.]

[At least he seems to have settled quickly; it could have been worse, probably.]
I didn't expect to run into you so soon.
[He doesn't seem particularly agitated, but damn.]

[Teach him about your secret nerdy ways, Wesker.]
