[That gets him to pause for a moment before he just nods a bit, the gesture tight; he settles a bit more against Jaeger, leaning a bit more thoroughly into his touch. He doesn't mind the blastia any, from the look of it; this is nice, all right.]

Well, I think it would be a bit difficult to be as obvious about it as I am... But it certainly is appreciated when you do show it!

[It seems as though he should be saying something else regarding it - it's been more difficult for him nowadays to manage anything at all in that regard, he can't remember the last time he felt this way without it being practically dragged out of him. But that seems like something inherently unfair to bring up, something he shouldn't bring up to Jaeger, so for now he just leaves it at that.]

[He hasn't gotten much sleep either, so this works out. Jaeger's quick to pull back and get up, though he's going to reach out for Wesker's hand.]

[He'll allow Jaeger to take his hand easily once he's up. His grip is still tight; he clearly doesn't want to let go.]

I won't insist that you remain with me the whole time; just stay until I fall asleep.

[...He sort of hates that he has to ask for that much, but he's willing to do it for now; this whole thing is leaving him feeling more vulnerable than he would ever want to.]

[Jaeger pauses and turns to look at Wesker.]

I won't leave you alone. I'll be right there by your side. Besides, I need some sleep too! I haven't been sleeping very well lately.

[His grip tightens on Wesker's hand anyway, though.]

[He'll follow upstairs, then, whenever you want to go; he's certainly not going to argue if you want to stay with him.]

[Of course he does! He is going to have to let go of you for a moment though to get changed, but once he's done with that he'll join you on the bed.]

Try to get some rest, ja? I'll be right here when you wake up.

[Well, yes, he's going to have to get changed as well, but once that's done he's going to be lying down more or less immediately. He seems pleased when Jaeger joins him, though, and he'll reach out to run his hand through Jaeger's hair once he's settled.

This is nice, all right. There aren't any words for now, but there really don't have to be.]
