[One of the things Wesker tends to like regarding his work is that the hours are more or less steady; there's always the option to do more, of course, but it isn't required of him, and he does a fair amount of...extracurriculars at home, anyway. As it stands, though, he's home at the usual time today - checking his phone once in a while, but generally available in the study once Jaeger comes home. Simply because they tend to talk often there, they both tend to be able to find each other more easily that way, and it's just...good, he supposes.

That said, he isn't quite expecting that particular greeting, or lack thereof; he just...looks up, and if he's mildly surprised he manages to rein it in reasonably well.]

It's fine. The latter is admittedly part of why I decided to talk to the network today - it wasn't a pleasant confirmation - and it's why I want you to tell me if my behavior seems strange.

I've noticed some shifts in my behavior and general thought patterns that aren't particularly pleasant for me, especially given that sort of context. If something changes, I want to know.
