Ja, he's the one I was working with and selling weapons to, apparently. His entire personality was unlikable at best and he somehow managed to be more obnoxious than me even for just the short amount of time I remember. His outfit was terrible too. I'll have to draw it for you sometime, though I doubt you'll actually believe it when you see it.
